Q: Can I have a different clasp or change one aspect of the jewelry design with something I have seen on another one of your pieces?

A: We will try our best to meet your needs, however some components are more costly than others. Send us your specific request via our CONTACT FORM and a price quote for alterations will be sent to you.

 

Q: Can I have a jewelry set resized?

A: Resizing can incur additional charges depending on the style of the piece, bead and accessory used. Kindly contact us via our CONTACT FORM before placing your order.

 

Q: Can I return my Order if I am not satisfied

A: Yes you can. 

We take pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be happy with your Order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) purchased within a week from the date of delivery. Returns can be exchanged for the same product or a refund of the sum paid for the Order, less the cost of shipping.

Jewelry must be returned unworn and in the original packaging, with tag still attached. We will not accept any returns where the tag has been detached or removed. Earring components that pierce the ear and have been taken out of the original packaging are non-refundable due to health concerns.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on all returns. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

After a return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days to process your request

Instead of paying full price for a piece of jewelry you most likely will not wear again, you get to pay a rental fee, use the jewelry of your dreams and funnel the remaining cash to other obligations that help bring your fantasy wedding to life.  .

Q: Do you deliver to countries other than the U.S.

A: Yes. Contact us via our CONTACT FORM and a representative will get in touch to discuss available delivery options. 

Our Rental Service is not available to residents outside the United States of America

 

Q: What type of payment is accepted?

A: All payments are currently processed through PayPal. Paypal will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover cards online through our website.
